CCTV appeal follow assault

Dereham assault appeal

Police are appealing for help to identify a man after an assault in Dereham last month.

Officers were flagged down in Quebec Street shortly before 4am on Sunday 25 July 2020 by a member of the public reporting that a man had suffered a stab wound to the stomach. The victim, a man aged in his 20s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for medical treatment. He has since been discharged.

Now officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the assault.
